Do you have insurance?Yes, we are fully bonded and insured.

Is it okay if I have pets ?We LOVE pets. 


Is the service guaranteed?
Yes, we absolutely guarantee our service.  If our customer  is not happy with the cleaning service we provided we are always happy for the opportunity to go back and rectify or do whatever it takes to have a quick and happy resolution.




Do you do one time cleans?Yes, our cleaning schedule is completely customizable.  It can be done as one time clean, as needed, weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, or monthly.




How many girls come?The team that visits the house is two girls however; if the cleaning is something specialized over an above regular cleaning then there may be a requirement for 3 or more.




How long will it take to clean my house?  The average house takes 3-4 hours.  That being said the condition of the home, the size of the home and cleaning specifications play a roll. 




Do you have a green line? Yes we have a green line as well as a standard line.   The products used in your home would be discussed / agreed upon on the initial meeting.  There is no extra charge for using green products.


Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment


Is it ok if I want you to use my cleaning supplies?
Yes, Absolutely.


Do you clean fridges and stoves ?
Yes, we clean fridges and stove.  During our regular cleaning regiment the exterior of all appliances are cleaned as well as behind.  Cleaning the inside of fridge and stove can be done upon request. Please take a look at our SERVICES tab to see what we offer.




Do I have to be home?There is no need for you to be home during the cleaning process but it is completely up to you if you choose to be in or away at the time.




Can I specify the time you come?Yes, you can specify what time suits you best and we always do our best to accommodate.


Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee however we ask as a courtesy that you give us as much notice as possible. We understand life is unpredictable and we always work with our customers to make things work.


Do you work weekends and holidays?
No, we do not work weekends or holidays.
