Posted 9/16/2016

Last week we discussed how to create your own Laundry Scent Boosters and how Essential Oils can help create your personalized scent while also providing additional cleaning benefits. This week, we thought we would elaborate more on Essential Oils and their Green Cleaning benefits!

When shopping for essential oils it is important to realize that they are not the same as perfumes or other synthetic oils. Essential oil is made by steam or cold-pressing raw plant material, so it is natural and very safe for the environment as well as your home's surfaces and a single drop can do wonders. Just be sure to look for pure, undiluted essential oils that don’t have any extra carriers, dilutants, or other additives!
